Copy and paste your DNA or protein sequence in the large box. It doesn't matter if it's upper or lower case. It also doesn't matter if there's white spaces, or carriage returns, or tabs, or numbers, or funny signs like '#' or '*' peppering the sequence. The script will strip all that out and try to match any repeats in the string that remains.
For a test example, copy and paste this DNA sequence for the South African strain SW114.
